interpolated AND erroneously interpreted the verses of Ch.
68:8-13;16) which
HMGA has used in his own-defence on this question of using Abusive

This is the SECOND major acquisition (ILZAAM) leveled against HMGA in
this
current discussion. The FIRST being, that HMGA used abusive
language in
his book NAJMUL HUDA page 53.
1. The same verses (along with many more verses) which you have,
allegedly,
found to be wrongly interpreted by HMGA have turned out to be the
major-reasoning base in the DISCUSSION of what is to be considered
as an
abuse or an abusive language.(Najmul Huda P.53)
2. The translation/interpretation of these verses by HMGA have turned
out to
be correct, according to the meanings of the key Arabic words used in
these
verses. (please see the meanings below based on the Classical
Arabic/English
Dictionaries).
In this post I will try to:
a. clarify that HMGA did not wrongly translated/explained the verses
of
Al-Qalam (ch.68:8-13;16).
b. And then, I will deduce results of what is the
definition/definition of
an abuse and/or an abusive language-

Now, let me clarify and summarize, to the best of my ability, the
exact,
precise, and detail meanings of all the key Arabic words and
sentences used
in Ch. 68:2; 5-13; 16).
This translation, of the KEY Arabic words, is based on Classical
Arabic
Dictionaries. I have personally consulted the following Classical
Arabic
Dictionaries, which are in my home library:
1. Al-Mufradat fi Gharib al Quran
By: Abdul Qasim al-Hussain al-Raghib.
2. Lisan al-Arab

1. According to Allamah Yusuf Ali: This surah is a very early
Makkan
Revelation. The general opinion of Muslim commentary is that a great
part of
it was second in order of revelation, the first being S.96: (Iqra)
verses
1-5: see Al-Itqan fi Ulum al Quran, Chapter 7.
(Note: Some other commentators classify this as third in line.
Nevertheless, it is a very early revelation. This information is
important,
as it sets the tone of language and relationship between Prophet
Mohammed
(pbuh) and his Makkan enemies).
2. When our beloved Holy Prophet (pbuh) was called names and
was
abused (in the real sense of the word) as MAJNOON Mad, Crazy,
or
Possessed by the Makkans, at the very start of his ministry/mission.

Verse 2).
Allah (swt) responded IMMEDIATELY and with a VERY HARSH and VERY
APPROPRIATE
response and in a VERY TOUGH language for those Makkans who called
Prophet
Mohammed as MAJNOON (Mad, Crazy and Possessed).
3. Some of the names of the Makkans who were insulting and ABUSING,
Prophet Mohammad, at that time include names like Al-Walid ibn
al-Mughirah,
Abu Jahl, Aswad bin Abdul Yaghus, Akhnas bin Shareeq.
According to Allamah Yusuf Ali, Al Walid ibn al-Mughirah was a ring
leader
in culminating our Prophet and who came to an evil end not long after
the
battle of Badr, in which he received injuries. (see note number 5599
of
Allamah Yusuf Alis translation and commentary of this chapter
68:10.)
S.V. Mir Ahmed Ali, in his translation and commentary of the Holy
Quran,
Ch.68:13 (page1727) says that:
When this verse was revealed. Walid (Al Walid ibn al-Mughirah)
said to
himself, I am the Qoreishite Chief, and Mughaira is known to be my
father,
I am also sure that Muhammed never utters a falsehood. He got wild,
drew
his sword and with a drawn sword went to his mother and asked her to
tell
him the truth about his parentage. She had to helplessly disclose
saying,
Look Thy father Mughaira was unfit for any woman. Since I had no
issue from
him, his brothers sons coveted to inherit the enormous wealth of thy
father
Mughaira. I did not like them to get all that thy father Mughaira
owned,
hence I induced a slave to behave with me as men do with their wives
and
thou are the issue, I got, this device. (M.S.)
3. These verses were uttered, proclaimed and recited by
Prophet
Mohammed and made known to all Makkans immediatley, at the get-go
of the
ministry of Prophet Mohammad (pbuh), thus making those Makkans even
more
angry and upset and wild.
4. This seems to be the time-period, and the
background/context, when
Prophet Mohammad (pbuh)s uncle Abi bin Abu Talib went to Prophet
Muhammed
to request him to cool down his rhetoric against Makkans leadership,
and
stop (so-called) insulting and abusing them and their idols. The
Makkan
leadership tried to offer Prophet Mohammed with money, leadership,
women
Etc. The enemies wanted Prophet Muhammed to be dishonestly pliant
and not
condemn their evil deeds in the strong language, so that they too
would in
return adopt a conciliatory attitude.(see verse 9).

a. If HMGA was correct or not in his interpretations of these
verses in his book Azala-e-Auham? Do you still honestly believe,

have alleged earlier, that HMGA has done an ERRONEOUS
INTERPRETATION OF

What is the difference between HARSH-TRUTH/HARSH-REALITY vs

CONCLUSIONS:
1. The interpretation, OF THE SAID VERSES, as done by HMGA, is
just
correct and on the mark, AND IS NOT ERRONEOUS AT ALL, as alleged by
you.
(For example, see the meaning of ZANEEM, in VERSE 13):
One who is utterly useless, notoriously mischievous, of doubtful
birth,
ignoble, base and/or base nature (zanakar), morally-low, mean, of low
character, illegitimate/bastard, base-born, Walad-ul-Eehrah

Azaala-e-Auham (Roohani Khazain, vol 3 p. 115-117, footnote).
2. If EVERY harsh and hurtful speech could be included in
the
connotation/definition of abuse/abusive language, merely because of
its
harshness, unpleasantness, and because of its un-palatability, then
we shall
have to admit that the Holy Quran is full of so-called abuses , as
mentioned above in Ch.68: 8-13; 16.
3. Please re-read the Verses 8-13; 16, with the detailed meaning of
each and
every word . How will you classify this response of The Holy Quran to
defend
our beloved Prophet Mohammed (pbuh)?
Was this response ABUSIVE IN NATURE?
4. And why Prophet Muhammed kept on uttering/proclaim
repeating/propagating
this very harsh-response to all his enemies, who called him
MAJNOON-MAD-CRAZY-POSSESSED?
5. And if was O.K,to give that kind of response at that time, then it
is
perfectly alright with me now, to give a similar response to a
similar
ABUSERS who call my beloved Prophet Mohammed as majnoon, mad,
crazy, or
worse.
(Sometimes, it is good to follow the teachings of MOSES(pbuh), and
sometimes
to follow the teachings of JESUS (pbuh)as explained to us in the Holy
Quran).
6. Brother Sadiq, How will you respond, and with what kind of
language,
under similar scenario, circumstances and setting, as mentioned above
#6.
Will you USE the same words/language against the similar enemies of
our
beloved Prophet Mohammed, who still think our Prophet Muhammed as
Mad/possessed/cursed and still abuse him, EVEN TODAY?

insults, and filth thrown at Prophet Muhammed, during the time of

(For example, see the meaning of ZANEEM, in VERSE 13):
One who is utterly useless, notoriously mischievous, of doubtful
birth,
ignoble, base and/or base nature (zanakar), morally-low, mean, of low
character, illegitimate/bastard, base-born, Walad-ul-Eehrah
(Walad-uz-Zana). (Also see Webster English Dictionary for
base-born, this
is the translation of ZANEEM, used by Allamah Yusuf Ali and M. H.
Shakir.
WEBSTER DICTIONARY will also give you the meaning of BASE-BORN as
illegitimate/born out of wedlock,). And now compare it with the urdu
translation of the same word as walad-uz-zana by HMGA in his book
Azaala-e-Auham (Roohani Khazain, vol 3 p. 115-117, footnote).
2. If EVERY harsh and hurtful speech could be included in
the
connotation/definition of abuse/abusive language, merely because of
its
harshness, unpleasantness, and because of its un-palatability, then
we shall
have to admit that the Holy Quran is full of so-called abuses , as
mentioned above in Ch.68: 8-13; 16.
3. Please re-read the Verses 8-13; 16, with the detailed meaning of
each and
every word . How will you classify this response of The Holy Quran to
defend
our beloved Prophet Mohammed (pbuh)?
Was this response ABUSIVE IN NATURE?
4. And why Prophet Muhammed kept on uttering/proclaim
repeating/propagating
this very harsh-response to all his enemies, who called him
MAJNOON-MAD-CRAZY-POSSESSED?
5. And if was O.K,to give that kind of response at that time, then it
is
perfectly alright with me now, to give a similar response to a
similar
ABUSERS who call my beloved Prophet Mohammed as majnoon, mad,
crazy, or
worse.
(Sometimes, it is good to follow the teachings of MOSES(pbuh), and
sometimes
to follow the teachings of JESUS (pbuh)as explained to us in the Holy
Quran).
6. Brother Sadiq, How will you respond, and with what kind of
language,
under similar scenario, circumstances and setting, as mentioned above
#6.
Will you USE the same words/language against the similar enemies of
our
beloved Prophet Mohammed, who still think our Prophet Muhammed as
Mad/possessed/cursed and still abuse him, EVEN TODAY?
NOTE: In my future posts, I will give you some examples of abuses,
insults, and filth thrown at Prophet Muhammed, during the time of
HMGA.
And at that time we will discuss this question in more detail.
7. It is utterly wrong to consider, the statement of
fact/harsh-truth and harsh-speech and abuse or abusive language,
as
exactly the same thing.
8. It is also wrong to consider every statement containing a
realistic expression of a factual matter, a statement that FITS the
occasion/circumstance/context, as a hurling of abuse/abusive
language, only
because of the bitter taste that sometime is present in every
expression of
truth.
MY DEFINITION OF: WHAT IS AN ABUSE
In reality, the abuse and derogatory language are applied to
those
connotations and concepts that are against and contrary to the
factual
circumstances and are LIES CONCOCTED for intentionally causing
emotional
and psychological HURT to someone.
