From our exchanges readers will see clearly that we are perfectly right in saying that your Jamaat declares other Muslims as kafir.

When your Jamaat completely fails in arguments about beliefs then they start putting forward the points that you are doing. Here is my response, although we have replied numerous times to people of your Jamaat who keep on repeating these.

What you are saying was also said by Christian missionaries to Muslims in the time of the Promised Messiah. They said: our message has spread to all corners of the world, our rule has spread all over the world, we have great resources, we dominate you everywhere in the world, you are nothing, therefore God is on our (the Christian) side. The Promised Messiah replied, these are signs of the Dajjal, not signs of your truth! Even today it is the non-Muslim West that is dominant, with vastly greater resources than your Jamaat. Does this prove that God is on their side?

It is also a blatant lie and falsehood by your Jamaat that you have 200 million members. Even some of your own members are embarrassed by this patently absurd claim.

Your TV channel is presenting not the message of Ahmadiyyat but the message of shirk because its aim is to tell people how great your Khalifa is and how much your members revere and obey him like God should be revered and obeyed. We do have something that has fulfilled his prophecy that his message will spread all over the world. The publications of our Jamaat and the writings of Maulana Muhammad Ali are spread all over the world in many languages, and have been so long before your TV channel began.

"the prophecy that Kings will seek blessings from my garments" --- You are demeaning this prophecy by suggesting some headmen of villages in Africa are these kings. Get these kings to make your Khalifa into a king of somewhere! Your Khalifas have always tried to become real rulers of a state but failed every time. Your Khalifa 2 tried to be a ruler in Qadian by making a state within a state, but fled from there at partition of India, leaving his kingdom behind. Your Khalifa 3 interfered in Pakistani politics to get political power and the result was that his actions got the Promised Messiah and all Ahmadis declared non-Muslim. Your Khalifa 4 tried the same dabbling in politics and had to flee from Rabwah, where your Jamaat was running a state within a state.

Famliy of Promised Messiah: The real family of any man sent by God are those who follow his teachings. His physical family is of no importance in Islam. The opponents of the Promised Messiah said that Mahdi should be from the family of the Prophet Muhammad, but the Promised Messiah replied that physical relationship is of no consequence as compared to spiritual relationship (read "Ayk Ghalati Ka Izala" about this, which your Jamaat is always distributing!) Your Khalifa 2 expelled the entire family of Hazrat Maulana Nur-ud-Din from your Jamaat in the 1950s. Weren't they the family of a holy man?

I have seen many question/answer sessions with Mirza Tahir Ahmad (which your TV keeps on repeating because of the incapability of Mirza Masroor Ahmad to speak without prepared notes). They were obviously staged to impress people with his knowledge. In one session with children (which I myself saw), he was asked why does the size of the moon keep on changing from big to small? He replied that it's because the shadow of the earth covers a smaller or bigger part of it making that part dark. This shows his ignorance of elementary science. Your Khalifas 4 and 5 both make fools of themselves trying to teach basic Urdu to children on TV, and even make mistakes in their teaching. It's easy to impress children, isn't it?

What you find "amusing" about our having an Ameer is simply because of your Jamaat's distorted concept of leadership. You think that if there is a leader, then he must be an absolute autocrat like your Khalifa who can do anything he likes. You are unfamiliar with the Islamic and the democratic concept of leadership, according to which the leader is himself bound by the law and constitution of the organisation which define his powers, and is accountable to those who elected him. Our Ameer works within the constitution and the rules laid down by the Anjuman and is accountable before the Anjuman and Jamaat. That is what is meant by the supremacy of the Anjuman. Your Khalifa can make or break any rule and regulation that he likes, violate the teachings of Islam. There is no one to question him.

But when the Promised Messiah died and the opponents objected that the Promised Son had not yet been born, Mirza Mahmud Ahmad wrote a long article in his own magazine in 1908 saying: he could be born in some future generation or he could even be any follower of the Promised Messiah. He wrote: we call people as sons of Adam, but they are not directly his sons, we call Muslims "Aal-i Muhammad", but most of them are not descended from him. We give the same answer now as Mirza Mahmud Ahmad gave then.

The Holy Prophet Muhammad has prophesied the coming of the "son of Mary". Was Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad the son of Mary?

Mirza Mahmud Ahmad cannot be the Promised Son. His character was in grave disrepute long before he claimed to be Muslih Mauood, because of allegations by his followers of sexual misconduct with them. After claiming to be Muslih Mauood, he spent the last 8 years of his life in a condition of complete insanity, unable to function as khalifa, unable to lead even a normal human life. People appointed by God do not become incapable of performing their mission.
